• Working with financial analysts to understand potential liabilities for principals in the Deepwater Horizon Spill.

• Conducting a review of legal and operational risks involved in Joint Operating Ventures within oil and gas exploration and development.

• Working with counsel to identify problems in MMS rulemaking regarding Blow Out Preventers in deepwater drilling.

• Completed Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence audit for a technical publications publisher, identifying clients that fail to comply with United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including those on the BIS Denied Parties List DPL and Treasury Department OFAC SDN. 2

• Counseled, Risk Management and Operations functions on strategies to strenghten KYC procedures for high pressure valve manufacturer serving the oil and gas industry in the Middle East.

• Arbitrator in a unfair discharge complaint; at issue alleged termination due to disability ADA/ADAA, failure to follow corporate procedures in a private school setting. 

• Identified Key performance Indicators (KPI) for 3PL serving several customers in the U. S. retail industry.  2009 - 2010

• Facilitated $1.5 million private equity investment for a distribution center – office park: Eastern Europe. 2009

• Compliance  counsel and operations advisor/coordinator for a customized distributor in the shuttering and sale of an aging distribution center, captured $2 million in costs: US. 2009

• Advised on development, implementation and training for new risk management protocols  and technology to meet Know Your Customer and other regulatory and operational compliance requirements for an international manufacturere and distributor of E & D equipment for the oil and gas industry. 2009

• Consolidated legal & compliance, risk management and logistics operations of management of 4 regional companies into one umbrella Food Fuel and Service(FFS)  provider in the African market.  Limiting legal, political and security risk exposure.  2008

•  Implemented aggressive budget controls based on Activity Based Costing reducing operating costs $1.00/mile for in a 1.5 million mile private fleet.  Instituted a fuel hedging program.  2008

• Designed Request for Proposals (RFP) for an integrated Supply Chain Management System (SCM) to replace legacy nned the replacement of a legacy transportation management system (TMS) and warehouse management system (WMS). 2008
